Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the use of EasyRUN by athletes, coaches, teams and community users.
1. What EasyRUN is
EasyRUN is a platform for sports management, training planning, a community of runners, races, results, challenges, and syncing activities with external services such as Strava.
2. Account use
The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for the information they upload or publish. EasyRUN must be used in a lawful, respectful manner consistent with the sporting purpose of the platform.
3. User-published data
The user is responsible for the data, comments, trainings, results, photos or content they publish. EasyRUN may moderate or remove content that is abusive, false, illegal, offensive or contrary to the operation of the service.
4. Health and training
EasyRUN does not replace medical advice. Plans, metrics and sports recommendations should be interpreted as tracking tools. Each user is responsible for assessing their physical condition and consulting health professionals when appropriate.
5. External integrations
EasyRUN may integrate with third-party services, including Strava. Use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies. EasyRUN does not guarantee permanent availability of external APIs or absolute accuracy of imported data.
6. Relationship with Strava
EasyRUN is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially endorsed by Strava. Strava is an independent brand and service. The connection with Strava is made only when the user authorizes access from their own account.
7. Limitation of liability
EasyRUN is provided "as is" and "as available," as a management and tracking tool, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyRUN will not be liable for injuries, losses, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, sporting decisions, interruptions of external services, data entered by users, or errors arising from information provided by third parties (including data imported from Strava).
8. Suspension or termination
EasyRUN may suspend accounts or access in cases of misuse, breach of these terms, fraud, abuse or security risks. Users may request account termination or data deletion by writing to info@easyrun.life.
9. Changes to the terms
EasyRUN may update these terms. The current version will be publicly available on this page.
